The legal system in the United States and 28 other countries have an existing mechanism for groups of people, who have suffered loses from the alleged illegal actions of their government and private entities, to file law suits against public and private organizations to seek redress for their sufferings and losses. The legal action is commonly known as a Class Action Law Suit. The people and organizations who are leading the efforts to initiate such a law suit against the accused parties in the United States and the other countries, where citizens have suffered and where Class Action Law Suits offer a remedy to citizens.

Our efforts offer an alternative explanation to the climate challenges the world faces. The ideas of global warmers have dominated the national, indeed the global, teachings for decades. We offer an alternative point of view. We propose a more accurate and scientifically supported thesis when observing the forces at work in nature around the issues referred to as climate change.
